Cycling: Hang your bike in those small hallways and outside, you can hang a bike from a single nail. Carry your bike - with all those bits, it can be hard to carry a bike in pieces - clip them all together, and sling it over your shoulder. Stack items using multiple coolclasps.
TIP: Don't hang your bike tyres up for long - they tend to warp and this can cause serious damage. Hanging tyres is only a temporary measure. But when they're filthy and you need to move them, coolclasps save your clothes from all that mud.

You can also hang tools from convenient places and the clip allows you to move them quickly and easily. Multiple coolclasps can store cables and wires separately and easily. Use two coolclasps to attach a hammock to things. ease into it carefully - they are not THAT strong :-) Attach a laptop to your carrycase - many suitcases are easy to pull but have no facility to attach a laptop bag. Many people end up pulling the bag with one finger on the laptop handle - or even worse, just resting it on the bag. THIS IS THE IDEA THAT BROUGHT US THE COOLCLASP IN THE FIRST PLACE. Want to collect badges or pins ? Here is a place to store them without destroying your bags. Anything that goes in a pouch or wallet, including money, cards, credit cards, rings, keys, sunglasses, glasses, valuables, perfume atomiser, compass (walking) , watch (nursing), pen(s), pen knife, ski pass, you name it...
Diving: Apart from the obvious holding and storing and hanging up stuff, you'll notice that coolclasps are ideal for quickly clipping something onto your belt or side and you can unclip at 20 metres with ease. If you are carrying a bag or extra equipment, carry a coolclasp too. I once "rescued" a metal box from 15 metres in cape town with a coolclasp, avoiding sharp edges but clearing out rubbish. go coolclasp! Superb method of attaching an underwater camera to you - use two coolclasps, one on the camera, with a tight loop, and another on your belt. Insert hand into loop, unclip and use - then reclip and remove your hand. Underwater cameras can sink or rise - either way they're a pain to chase.
Painting: Ideal for hanging paint pots from ladders or simply securing them conveniently. When you're up high, a coolclasp also makes a useful handhold when that ladder gets shaky. Use with case, of course, as a sharp grab could break the clip. But for pots and gentle re-balancing they are perfect.
